Launch day

Your home goes on the MLS and the major home search sites, our social channels and local agents' inboxes. The sign goes up the same day.

05On the market
Showings

Easy online showing requests, open houses, and feedback after every showing. You get a simple update from us every week.

06Decision time
Offers

We compare every offer side by side, price, terms, timing and your estimated net, then negotiate for the best overall deal.

Under contract

Inspections, appraisal and repair requests. We track every deadline and keep the lender, escrow and buyer's agent moving.

Who pays what.

What's customary in Oregon, unless your contract says otherwise. Every sale is a little different, so your escrow officer's estimate is the final word.
