What we collect
- What you send us. Your name, email, phone number, property address and anything you write in a form, email, call or text.
- Basic site data. Our website runs on Squarespace, which collects standard information like your browser type, pages visited, and approximate location from your IP address, using cookies and similar tools, to run the site and show us anonymous visit statistics.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and provide real estate services you ask for.
- To prepare home value estimates and send market information you request.
- To connect you with a service you ask us to arrange, such as staging or cleanup. We share only what that business needs to help you.
- To keep records required for real estate transactions under Oregon law.
- To improve our website.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies' marketing.
Calls, texts and email
If you give us your phone number and ask us to contact you, we may call or text you about your real estate questions. We send marketing texts only with your express consent, and consent is never required to work with us. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-outs promptly. Message and data rates may apply.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run our business, such as Squarespace (website and forms), email and e-signature providers, and, when you're in a transaction, the parties involved such as lenders, escrow and title companies, inspectors and the other side's broker, as needed to complete it. We may also share information if required by law.
How long we keep it, and how we protect it
We keep information as long as needed to serve you and as required by Oregon real estate recordkeeping rules. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it. If a security breach ever affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Oregon law.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we have about you, subject to records we must keep by law. You can opt out of marketing at any time. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
