Agency disclosure

Oregon law asks us to share the Initial Agency Disclosure Pamphlet when we first connect. It explains how agency works in Oregon and who represents whom in a transaction. Read the Initial Agency Disclosure Pamphlet (PDF).

Buyer agreements and compensation

Before, or as soon as possible after, we begin helping you buy a home, we'll sign a written buyer representation agreement together. It explains how we work together and how we may be paid. Real estate commissions are not set by law and are fully negotiable.

Wire fraud notice

Criminals target real estate transactions with fake emails that look like they come from agents, escrow or title companies. JOi Real Estate will never email or text you wiring instructions or changes to them. Before you send any money, call your escrow officer at a phone number you already know and trust, not one from an email, and confirm the instructions by voice. If something seems off, stop and call us at 541.521.2116.
