Shelly brings her charismatic attitude and smile to every showing, offer and closing. She's always up for a good hike in the Pacific Northwest, and loves spending time with her husband Mark and their two girls.
Shelly Iverson.
Shelly is half of Team Shelly and brings a determined spirit and never-quit personality to every client. She teaches fitness in Eugene, keeps up with three kids, and loves vacation time with her husband Jordan.
Jordan Iverson.
Jordan founded JOi to make buying and selling a home simpler and more personal. Born and raised in Eugene, he has been a licensed broker since 2001 and is also a home designer and builder behind Jordan Iverson Signature Homes. Today he supervises JOi as its managing principal broker while Team Shelly takes care of clients day to day.
The name JOi comes from JO for Jordan and i for Iverson, and reads as joy.
